Tetherless Marker Control Transmitter

This is for tetherless operation of a standard or an Octopus Marker system. It broadcasts the control signals required for controlling the markers. A matching receiver is required for receiving the signals. Thus a transmitter-receiver pair serves as a 'virtual wire' which replaces an otherwise required tether cable between the tracker and a capture subject and allows the subject to move freely.
