To boldly go where no motion capture system has gone before
Burnaby, BC, CANADA - US NASA uses several VisualeyezTM systems for their R&D including tele-robotic manipulation in the Robonaut program. The VZ4050 system will be launched to the International Space Station soon, and will be the first Motion Capture system to ever go to space! The VisualeyezTM system from Phoenix Technologies Incorporated (PTI) has gone through innumerable tests and has passed them all. PTI trackers have been chosen for:
- Reliable real-time operation
- Wide angle camera capable of capturing an entire astronaut even within the tiny space station chambers
- Low-power consumption
- High ruggedness for the rocket ride
